Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Pottawattamie Co.) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports multiple arrests over the past two weeks.

Ralph Randall Campbell, 42, turned himself in on June 29^th on a warrant for Violation of Probation.

Rachel Suzanne McDaniel, 35, was arrested following a traffic stop on June 28^th for Driving While Barred.

Donald Odell White, 50, was arrested on June 26^th for Driving While Barred.

Justin Anthony, 38, was arrested on June 28^th after a Deputy noticed a vehicle parked with their lights on in the Northwest Christian Church parking lot. As the Deputy entered the parking lot, the vehicle took off at a high rate of speed. The Deputy pursued the vehicle for a short time. Anthony was charged with Open Container and Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Steven Lee McKeighan, 54, was arrested following a traffic stop on June 25^th for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Damion James Sadler, 27, was arrested on June 16^th on a warrant from Page County.

Two people were arrested on June 17^th after a Deputy attempted to stop a motor vehicle. Toriann Russ, 29, was charged with Eluding While Exceeding the Speed Limit by 25 mph or more, Open Container, Reckless Driving, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Carry Weapon, and Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense. Ach-Sah Rosohunda Hyche, 35, was charged with Interference with Official Acts and Carry Weapon.

Jake Jacky, 27, was arrested following a traffic stop on June 17^th for Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.

Calum Christian Stoltzfus, 27, was arrested following a traffic stop on June 17^th for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Diana Lynn Seefus, 36, was arrested following a traffic stop on June 18^th for Operating While Intoxicated 2^nd Offense and No Valid Driver’s License.

Dannielle Nicole Gaudreau, 34, was arrested following a traffic stop on June 18^th on valid warrants out of Council Bluffs for Failure to Appear and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Gavin McCall Knight, 22, was arrested on June 19^th for Domestic Abuse Assault 1^st Offense Causing Bodily Injury.

Eric Gillpatrick, 45, was arrested on June 19^th for Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness.

Christopher Julius Zepeda, 44, was arrested on June 20^th for Domestic Abuse Assault 1^st Offense Causing Bodily Injury, Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order, and Fugitive from Justice.

Derek Lynn Driver, 42, was arrested on June 21^st for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Darell Richards, 31, was arrested on June 22^nd for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense, No Valid Driver’s License, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, and Operating a Non-Registered Vehicle.

Chase Zachary Stewart, 22, was arrested following a traffic stop on June 23^rd for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Jeffrey Peters, 41, was arrested June 25^th on an active warrant out of Douglas County, Nebraska.

Brennen Joseph Carter, 24, was arrested June 25^th for Operating Under the Influence 3^rd or Subsequent Offense.

Ryan Mitchell Hainline, 28, was arrested June 25^th for Operating While Intoxicated 2^nd Offense.
