Red Oak man arrested on a Pottawattamie County warrant

(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested Cody Thomas Thramer, 31, of Red Oak, today (Thursday) on a valid Pottawattamie County warrant for Contempt of Court Failure to Pay Child Support. Thramer was transported to the Pottawattamie County Jail where he was held on no bond.
