(Atlantic) The Atlantic School Board will meet for a special meeting on Tuesday. The main item on the agenda is approving new hires.
Atlantic Schools Superintendent Steve Barber recommends contracts for Rob Astuni, High School English/Language Arts Teacher, Rebecca Bird, Middle School Social Studies Teacher, Jon Peterson, Middle School Language Arts Teacher, and Jesse McCann, High School Special Education Teacher, and Assistant High School Wrestling Coach.
The School will also consider the resignations of Stacie Schwaller, Assistant Technology Coordinator, and Derek Hall, 9th Grade Boy’s Basketball Coach. Hall’s resignation is a formality because he has already been hired as the Head Varisty Boys’ Basketball Coach.
The meeting starts at 9:00 a.m. at the High School Media Center.
