Harold Veatch, 81, of Fontanelle passed away on Monday, June 14, 2021, at the Greenfield Rehabilitation and Health Care Center surrounded by his family.
Open Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 20, 2021, at the Steen Funeral Home in Fontanelle from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The family will greet friends on Sunday, June 20, 2021, at the Steen Funeral Home in Fontanelle from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. at the St. John’s Catholic Church in Greenfield with burial following in the Fontanelle Cemetery. A luncheon will be held at the Fontanelle Fire Station following the committal services at the cemetery. Father Ken Gross will officiate the service. He is survived by his wife Penny Veatch of Fontanelle; three children, Angela Lauer and husband Dwight of Winterset, Jason Veatch and wife Jo of West Des Moines and Katie Branzuela and husband Nathaniel of California; sister, Charlene Cooper and husband Garry “Coop”; other relatives and friends.
