The Bulldogs continue the winning ways after snapping a 30+ game losing streak on Wednesday. Grady Jeppesen was 3/4 with an RBI and three runs scored. Ethan Reicks and Kyler Rieken also had two hits. Reicks delivered two doubles and drove in a pair of runs. Eddie Vlcek doubled. Kaeden Pleas went six inning s on the hill allowing five hits, no walks, two earned runs, and struck out two.
Audubon 6, AHSTW 5
The Wheeler scored all six in the first two innings and held off a two-run surge from AHSTW in the 7th. Ethan Klocke’s 4/4 stat line with a double and four RBI highlighted Audubon’s offense. Aiden Alt added three hits and two RBI. Braden Wessel went six innings with five hits, three earned runs, four walks, and eight K’s. Blake Holst had three of AHSTW’s six hits. Holst hit a single, double, and triple to finish with four RBI.
