Red Oak Police Report

(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 18-year old Morgan Jo Bissell of Red Oak on Tuesday for Possession of Marijuana, 1st Offense, and Interference with Officials Acts. Officers transported Bissell to the Montgomery County Jail and held her on a $1,000 bond.
