(Guthrie Co.) A Panora woman was cited following a two-vehicle accident Saturday afternoon.
The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office says Carmen Gross, 45, was driving a 2007 Dodge Caliber on Highway 4 and failed to stop in assured clear distance and collided with the rear of a 2018 Buick Encore, driven by Brian Loffredo, 34, of West Des Moines, who had stopped to turn left onto Chirma Road from Highway 4.
Gross’ vehicle came to stop on the Highway. Loffredo’s vehicle ended up in the east ditch.
Gross was cited for Failure to Stop in Assured Clear Distance, Driving While License Suspended, Driving While Barred and Driving While Revoked.
No injuries were reported.
