(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports four arrests.
Devin Michael Garnder, 29, of Exira, was arrested following a traffic stop on May 12th. Gardner was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with delivery of a controlled substance.
Jamie Lee Brooks, 39, of Woodbine, was arrested following a traffic stop on May 14th. Brooks was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with driving while barred, prohibited acts penalties, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and dark windows.
Jeannie Kay Kleymann, 36, of Harlan, was arrested May 15th on an active Shelby County warrant following a traffic stop. Kleymann was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Ronald Gene Dryer, 54, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service on May 16th. Dryer was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with public intoxication.
