(Elliott) An Oakland, Iowa man faces charges in connection with a traffic stop in Montgomery County. Deputies arrested 35-year old Corey Andrew Stephens at 2:00 p.m. on Highway 48 and 130th Street near Elliott. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says deputies conducted a traffic stop shortly before 2 p.m. on Highway 48 and 130th Street, southwest of Elliott. Officer’s arrested 35-year-old Corey Andrew Stephens for driving while barred.
