(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports Marlen Martinez Solares, 38, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested Thursday for Operating While Intoxicated First Offense, Failure to Maintain Control of Motor Vehicle, Littering Upon Highway, and Open Container.
The Sheriff’s Office also reports Jerry Lee Dawson, 47, turned himself in Thursday on two warrants for Violation of Probation.
