SHIFT ATL cleanup underway at 608 Hazel Street

(Atlantic) Volunteers gathered Friday to help members of SHIFT ATL clean up the property of the home they are renovating at 608 Hazel Street in Atlantic.

Jessie Shiels is the President of SHIFT ATL, a 501(c)3 nonprofit formed in 2019.

Shiels said cleanup continues today and everyone is welcome to help out. Cleanup will take place from 9a.m. to 2 p.m.; Shiels said Camblin Mechanical is graciously paying for lunch for the volunteers.

SHIFT ATL bought the house at 608 Hazel early this year and renovation on the interior is well underway.
