(Granger) The Nodaway Valley girls track team scored 162 points to earn a team title at the Hawk Relays hosted by Woodward-Granger.
Maddax DeVault topped the field in the 200 with a time of 26.59 and 100M Hurdles in 15.93. Maddie Fry and Natalie Yonker were 1-2 in the Long Jump. Emma Lundy and Sophia Broers went 1-2 in the 800. Broers was also second in the 3000. Jena Yonker was a runner-up in to 100 meter dash.
Sophia Broers turned in a 3rd place run in the 1500. Jorja Holliday was 3rd in the Discus. Fourth place finishes came from Annika Nelson in the 200, Abby Engles in the 400, Erin Ford in the 3000, and Erin Rhoads in the 400M Hurdles.
In relays, they won the 4X100, 4X200, and Shuttle Hurdle.
The winning 4X100 consisted of Jena Yonker, Annika Nelson, Maddie Fry, and Maddax DeVault. The 4X200 had Grace Britten, Maddie Fry, Emma Lundy, and Annika Nelson. Running on the shuttle were Maddie Fry, Natalie Yonker, Annika Nelson, and Maddax DeVault.
2nd place relay finishes were earned by the 4X400 (Erin Rhoads, Emma Lundy, Natalie Yonker, and Carli Stuva) and Sprint Medley (Grace Britten, Carli Stuva, Emma Lundy, and Genevieve Livingston).
The Distance Medley Relay of Grace Britten, Carli Stuva, Erin Rhoads, and Erin Ford placed 3rd.
