The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested Richard Osmond McLachlan Jr., 28, on Tuesday at the Anamosa State Penitentiary on an active Page County Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Contraband in a Correctional Institution. Richard’s bond is $6,000 cash only.
The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested Phillip Jay McClish, 40, today on an active Page County Warrant for failure to appear on a violation of probation charge. Phillip was booked into the Page County Jail. His bond is $5,000 cash or surety.
