(Council Bluffs) Two adults were arrested and a juvenile was cited on drug charges in Pottawattamie County.
The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says a Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speed on Eastern Hills Drive at approximately 11:10 a.m. on Friday. Upon conducting the stop, a roadside investigation was made, which concluded with illegal narcotics seized. Jacob Aaron Anson, 18, and Caden Thomas Souther, 18, were each arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. A 17-year-old male was cited and released to his mother.
The Sheriff’s Office also report Spencer Bud Hardesty, 23, was arrested after a Deputy observed a vehicle upside down in the west ditch along Railroad Highway, just north of Juniper, on Sunday. Hardesty was charged with Failure to Maintain Control of Motor Vehicle and Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
Adam Joseph Browning, 38, was arrested following a traffic stop at Highway 92 and 230th Street early Saturday morning. Browning was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
Andrew Leisure, 38, was arrested early this morning following a traffic stop at the gas station in Crescent. Leisure was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
Ryan Mitchell Thomas, 36, was arrested following a traffic stop at 1600 2nd Avenue in Council Bluffs on Sunday for Driving While Barred – Habitual Offender.
