(Creston) Creston Police arrested Robert Eugene Kibbe III, 35, at his residence Thursday evening. Kibbe was charged with having a Warrant from outside of agency, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Interference with Official Acts. He was taken to Union County Jail and held on no bond at this time until seen by judge.
