(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested a Montgomery County man on burglary charges.
Police responded to a call of two men fighting in the 300 block of 2nd Avenue. When they arrived, one of the men fled on foot. Following a short foot pursuit, Officer’s arrested 28-year old Isaias Guerra of Red Oak for 2nd –degree burglary.
Police transported Guerra to the Montgomery County Jail, where he is being held on a $10,000 bond.
