Decatur County Man arrested on Burglary Warrant

(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Decatur County man wanted for burglary and other charges.

Deputies arrested Juan Esquivel Jr. of Leon following an incident on U. Avenue in Villisca. Esquivel had active warrants out of Decatur County for failure to appear on charges of Domestic Abuse, 1st Degree Burglary, and 4th-degree criminal mischief.

Authorities transported Esquivel Jr. to the Montgomery County Jail, where he is held on no bond.
