Drake and Iowa earn spots in NCAA Tourney

(State) The NCAA Selection Show on Sunday called the names of both the Drake Bulldogs and Iowa Hawkeyes.

Both programs are in the West Region. (25-4) Drake is a #11 seed and will play in a First Four game against Wichita State on Wednesday, March 17th. (21-8) Iowa is a #2 seed and will open against Grand Canyon on Saturday, March 20th.

With Drake and Iowa each being in the same region, there is the potential for them to meet up against each other in the Sweet 16.
