(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Dana Brocke Burkholder III, 47, was arrested following a traffic stop at 111 Old Mormon Bridge Road in Crescent on Tuesday. Burkholder was charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine 1st Offense.
Michael Lee Noel, 19, of Council Bluffs, was arrested after Deputies conducted a warrant check on Tuesday. Noel was charged with Violation of Probation, Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana 2nd Offense, and Criminal Mischief 5th.
Edward Eugene Johnson, 55, of Council Bluffs, was arrested Tuesday after Deputies were called to the 900 block of East Pierce Street for a wanted party. Johnson was charged with Violation of Parole.
