Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.

Dana Brocke Burkholder III, 47, was arrested following a traffic stop at 111 Old Mormon Bridge Road in Crescent on Tuesday. Burkholder was charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana 1^st Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine 1^st Offense.

Michael Lee Noel, 19, of Council Bluffs, was arrested after Deputies conducted a warrant check on Tuesday. Noel was charged with Violation of Probation, Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana 2^nd Offense, and Criminal Mischief 5^th.

Edward Eugene Johnson, 55, of Council Bluffs, was arrested Tuesday after Deputies were called to the 900 block of East Pierce Street for a wanted party. Johnson was charged with Violation of Parole.
