Private Mass of Christian Burial for 86 year old Vernie Joseph Miller will be held at St. Peter’s Catholic Church Defiance. Private family visitation will be Sunday March 7th 1-3 at the church.
Survivors include his wife Mary Miller of Irwin, IA; children Michael Miller of Carroll, IA; Julie Johnson of Bedford, TX; Ric Miller of Lincoln, NE; Joan (Jerald) Bieker of Defiance, IA; Jean (Gary) Muhlbauer of Defiance, IA; Ron (Jill) Miller of Corinth, TX; 16 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; siblings Don (Alice) Miller of Defiance, IA; Duane (Sue) Miller of Denison, IA; Larry Miller of Zephr Hills, FL; Mary (Joe) Gross of Donahue, IA; sister-in-law Audrey Miller of Omaha, NE; many nieces and nephews.
