Man arrested for Criminal Trespass in Montgomery County

(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year old Justin L. Mardsen for 1st Offense Criminal Trespass on Friday morning.

According to the press release; Deputies responded to Mardsen trespassing at a residence on Ginko Avenue.  When Deputies arrived, he was arguing with the property owners. Mardsen had previously been served notice to stay off the property but didn’t leave when directed to do so.

Deputies took Mardsen into custody without incident and charged him with 1st Offense Criminal Trespass. Madsen was held on a $300.00 bond.
