(Council Bluffs) The two missing juveniles have been found, according to the Council Bluffs Police Department.
The Council Bluffs Police Department was asking for the public’s assistance in locating two missing juvenile females, both from Council Bluffs, last seen in the area of 500 Woodbury Avenue in Council Bluffs at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
Their school contacted the children’s parents at approximately 10:00 am, stating they were not in class. The two missing juveniles are identified as; 14-year old Embrosia Smith, and 12-year old Zoey Valentine.
