(Atlantic) The Atlantic Police Department arrested Binte Binios, 50, of Atlantic, on Tuesday for Operating While Intoxicated, Criminal Mischief 5th and Driving While License Denied or Revoked. He was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held.
