(Creston) Creston Police arrested 40-year old Justin Roberts at his residence in Creston on a Union County Warrant for Failure to Serve a Sentence on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana-1st Offense. Roberts is being held in the Union County Jail until he serves the remainder of his jail time.
