(Montgomery Co.) A Farragut man was arrested for Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Deliver. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says 59-year-old Henry Blake Ballard was arrested Wednesday afternoon following a traffic stop on 200th Street, a ½ mile east of Fernwood Avenue. Ballard was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he was held on $25,000 bond. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Montgomery County K9 Rush.
