(Avoca) AHSTW senior Chloe Falkena has committed to run for Minnesota State, Mankato.
Falkena says, “I know I can never say this enough, but thank you to my family, friends, coaches, teammates, and anyone else who helped me along the way. You guys cheered me on through the highest highs and the lowest lows and your voices never waivered. I wouldn’t be where I am now without you all, so again, thank you.”
Falkena was a four time state qualifier in cross country. She placed 20th as a junior and 26th as a senior. Falkena helped AHSTW finish 3rd as a team in 2019 and 6th in 2020.
She adds, “I am excited about this new opportunity to continue doing what I love most and I can’t wait to see what these next four years have in store for me.”
