(Creston) A Creston man suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle accident.
Creston Police say the crash happened at around 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, at Highway 34 and Elm Street in Creston. Authorities say EMS transported 56-year old Jans Visker, Jr., of Creston, to the Greater Regional Hospital to treat minor injuries.
Police say 36-year old Troy R. Howard of Creston was driving a 2011 Chevy Traverse westbound on Highway 34 when a 2015 VW Jetta driven by Visker pulled out in front of Howard’s Chevy Traverse while attempting to turn left from Elm onto Highway 34. The Chevy struck the driver’s side of Visker’s Jetta.
No citations were issued. The damage to both vehicles is estimated at $30,000.00.
