Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Report One arrest

(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested one person for OWI following a traffic stop early Sunday morning.

Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle around 155th and Highway 71 at around 4:15 a.m. Officer’s stopped a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado. During the stop, the Deputies arrested 19-year old Nicholas Freund for OWI-2nd Offense.

Authorities transported Freund to the Montgomery County Jail.
