Atlantic grad Garrett Franken, Dordt Basketball Senior
- Franken scored 23 points on 9/18 shooting in a 94-89 win against Northwestern. He grabbed five rebounds and had one assist and one steal.
- They beat Mount Marty 97-80 on Saturday with Franken posting 18 points, six rebounds, and four assist.
Season Averages: 16 points, 7.7 rebounds, 49.7% FG shooting
Exira-EHK grad Sophia Peppers, Morningside Basketball Junior
- In a win on Wednesday against Dakota Wesleyan, Peppers had a double-double. She posted 10 points and 14 rebounds. She added six assists.
- Morningside travelled to Hastings on Sunday and won 89-54. Peppers contributed 14 points, eight rebounds, and five assists.
- Season Averages: 17.4 points, 7.3 rebounds, 47.7 % FG shooting, 38.1% 3-point shooting, 82.1% FT shooting
Atlantic grad Carter Cox, Cumberlands (TN) Wrestling Senior
- Participated in the Missouri Valley Winter Clash Duals on Tuesday, going 2-1. He lost 4-2 to Grand View’s Justin Portillo, won 13-4 against Texas Wesleyan’s Isaac Stalcup, and won 3-1 against Missouri Valley’s Brayden Bradley.
Cox is ranked 12 nationally at 125 pounds for NAIA
Harlan grad Shane Chamberlain, Hastings College Basketball Junior
- In a contest against #8 Morningside on Sunday, he posted three points, two rebounds, and two steals.
Atlantic grad Ryan Hawkins, Northwest Missouri State Basketball Senior
- The Bearcats have not played since December 5th. Their next game is slated for December 31st
Season Averages: 23.7 points, 7.3 rebounds, 53.2% field goal shooting, 91.7% free-throw shooting.
