(Creston) Creston Police report three arrests and two break-ins in their latest report.
*Police say 29-year old Jeanette Govea, of Creston, was arrested on Tuesday at her residence on the charge of Violation of a Protective Order. She is being held in the Adams County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.
*Police arrested 28-year old Rogelio Martinez of Creston on Tuesday, at his residence on the charges of Violation of a Protective Order and Possession with Intent to Sell or Manufacture over 5 grams. He is being held in the Union County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.
*Joel Gross, 44, 211 N Birch, was arrested at Townline/Cherry on a Union County Warrant for the charge of Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs. He was additionally charged with Theft 3rd Degree. He is being held in the Union County Jail on a $2000 bond.
*Kiki Scarberry, 201 N Park, in Creston, reported that sometime during the overnight hours of December 14, and December 15, someone broke into her vehicle and took the keys and the registration information. The loss is estimated at $201.00.
*Tinneal Harris, 500 S Bureau, in Creston reported that sometime during the overnight hours of December 14, and December 15, someone broke into her vehicle and took several cigarette packs. The loss is estimated at $20.00.
