(Atlantic) The Atlantic School Board will hold a special meeting on Wednesday evening to discuss guidelines for remote learners.
Atlantic Schools Superintendent Steve Barber says remote learning is not working for some students in the district. “Some students aren’t participating in the zoom meetings, and they’re not completing their work,” stated Barber. “The purpose of Wednesday’s meeting is to provide guidelines to the board for students not cutting the mustard in a non-medical remote learning situation. Upon board approval, those students would be required to return to on-site learning.”
The meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. in the High School Media Center.
