Adair County Sheriff’s Report

(Adair Co.) Three people were charged with Operating While Intoxicated in Adair County.

The Adair County Sheriff’s Office says Domingo Raymundo Garcia, 20, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested for OWI 1^st Offense following a traffic stop on Interstate 80 on December 6^th. Garcia was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Ashley Lynn Knight, 36, of Tingley, was cited on December 12^th for OWI 1^st Offense following a traffic stop on Henry A Wallace at the intersection of 310^th Street. Knight was released from the jail on a summons to appear.

Jacob Welsch, 44, of Fontanelle, was cited for OWI 1^st following a traffic stop north of Greenfield on December 10^th. Welsch was released from the Sheriff’s Office.

In other activity, the Iowa State Patrol arrested Austin James Hill, 33, of West Des Moines, following a traffic stop on Interstate 80 on December 8^th. Hill was charged with Driving While License Denied or Revoked. He was released on his own recognizance.
