(Atlantic) The Cass County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing Tuesday on County Ordinance 37: Adoption of Cass County Code, a re-compiling of county ordinances in accord with Code of Iowa.

There were no written or oral comments during the hearing and the ordinance was passed after the first reading.
In other news, the Supervisors approved a performance bond for contract for a bridge deck overlay on M56 with Cramer and Associates in Grimes in the amount of $193,019.65.
