(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports four arrests.
Patricia Jeannette Bissen, 51, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on November 29th. Bissen was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Operating While Intoxicated, Speed, and Failure to Display License Plate.
Jamie Dean Anderson, 48, of Harlan, was arrested on December 2nd on an active warrant. Anderson was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Sara Ann Cooper, 22, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service on December 3rd. Cooper was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault.
Thomas Mathias Wageman, 68, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on December 6th. Wageman was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Operating While Intoxicated and Trespass.
