(Woodbine) Woodbine senior Layne Pryor has pledged his commitment to the UNI Panther football program. Pryor had previously been committed to South Dakota.
In a social media post Sunday afternoon Pryor expressed, “I’d like to thank all of the South Dakota coaches for giving me an opportunity to play football for them and believing in me to do so. With that being said, I’d like to announce that I’m officially decommitting from USD. I have decided that I will be continuing my academic and football career at the University of Norther Iowa. A big thanks to my family, friends, and coaches for guiding me through this long process. The best is yet to come! Go Panthers!”
