(Mills Co.) A New Mexico man was arrested for Eluding and other charges in Mills County.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says Dallas Merrill Smith, 36, of Placitas, New Mexico, was arrested Friday evening at 221st Street and Highway 34 for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Eluding, Careless Driving, two counts of Speeding and No Valid Driver’s License. Bond was set at $4,000.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Norman Dale Bucholz, 63, of Council Bluffs, on Friday on a warrant for Theft 2nd. Bond was set at $5,000.
Amy Marie Kanouff, 41, of Pacific Junction, was arrested following an accident on Saturday. Kanouff was charged with OWI 1st and Failure to Maintain Control. Bond was set at $1,000.
Christopher Carl Oliphant, 49, of Glenwood, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for Contempt. Bond was set at $3,000.
Terry Lee Prine, 56, of Sidney, was arrested Sunday for Violation of Order. He was held on no bond.
