(Creston) Creston Police report three arrests, one theft, and vandalism in their latest report released on Friday.
Police arrested 48-year old Walter Roy Hall Jr., at N. Cherry and Irving on Thursday on an arrest Warrant – Outside of their Agency. Hall was taken to Union County Jail. Bail is set for $500 cash or approved surety.
Police arrested 35-year old Nicholas Andrew Colburn of Creston on Thursday at 302 N. Pine St. on a Warrant – Outside of their Agency. Colburn was taken to Union County Jail. He was held on no bond until a judge could see him.
Police arrested 38-year old Mathew Louis Scherer of Creston on Thursday at 302 N. Pine Street for Urinating and/or Defecating in Public. Scherer was taken to the Union County Jail. Bail is set for $300 cash or approved surety.
Police received a report from Hyvis Oerlyn Thatcher of Creston of theft from 508 N. Elm Street. Thatcher reported a missing go-kart, with an estimated value of $1,110.00.Police received a report from Wellman Dynamics of 1746 Commerce Rd. Ferrara Candy Company was broken into and vandalized on November 6, around 8:30 pm. The damage is estimated at $50.00.
