(Creston) The Union County Sheriff’s Office reports Tracy Allen Thompson, 21, of Lorimor, was arrested Monday for Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Thompson was held in the Union County Jail on $1,000 bond.
In other activity, William Hoepker, of rural Creston, had his 2011 Chevy Silverado taken from his garage sometime between 3:00 AM and 5:30 AM on Monday, along with a Northern tool set, .22 Savage bolt action pellet gun and a phone charger. The pickup was recovered with approximately $5,000 damage in a pasture near 195th Street and Minnow Ave. Estimated value of the other items taken is $500.
Marty Francois, of rural Afton, reported on Monday morning that someone took the turbo off a freightliner semi-tractor on his property. Estimated value if $1,000.
