Two thefts reported in Union County

(Union Co.) The Union County Sheriff’s Office received two theft reports.

William Ehm, of West Des Moines, reported on November 2^nd that sometime recently someone broke into his machine shed in rural Union County by damaging a window and took the following:  Indestro wrench set, SK ½” drive socket set, 2-KT grinder wheels, axe, lighter, 50’ extension cord, and a tub of rags.  The estimated value of the damage and items taken is $380.

Doyle Parker, of Shannon City, reported on November 4^th that sometime in last two days, someone damaged the door to his shed and took miscellaneous tools, DeWalt battery, and Napa jump starter.  The estimated value is $500.
