(Shenandoah) A Shenandoah man was injured in a rollover accident in Page County Saturday evening.
The Page County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the accident at the intersection of 190th and F Avenue, approximately four miles east of Shenandoah, at 10:20 p.m. The investigation showed that 57-year-old Timothy Alan Shuffler, of Shenandoah, was driving a 2004 Buick southbound on F Avenue when he failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of F Avenue and 190th. The vehicle then proceeded into the intersection where Shuffler lost control and entered the south ditch. The vehicle rolled before coming to rest in the field.
Shuffler was transported to Shenandoah Memorial Hospital by Shenandoah Ambulance service with undisclosed injuries. A male passenger in the vehicle was released after being checked by EMS at the scene.
Damage to the vehicle is estimated at $3,500. Shuffler was cited into court on charges of no insurance, failure to have a valid driver’s license, and failure to maintain control.
The Page County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Shenandoah Ambulance Service and the Shenandoah Fire Department.
