(Red Oak) Randy Cooper defeated Bryan Amos 644-413 in the race for District 3 Supervisor in Montgomery County, and Ann Carder, Lorin Petersen, and James Norris earned seats on the Hospital Board of Trustees.
Carder received 2,741 votes, Petersen, 2,681, and Norris garnered 2,568 votes. Sarah Wearin-Smith received 2,527 in a tight race.
Kent Swanson, David Carbaugh, and Fred Hossle ran unopposed for the three seats on the Soil and Water Conservation Commission. Carbaugh received 3,367 votes, Swanson, 3,282, and Hossle, 3,246 votes.
Four candidates were running for four seats on the Montgomery County Agricultural Extension Council. Lucas Oster, 3,099, Kassandra Houdek, 2,801, Chad Jacobs, 2,941, and Mike Thomas, 2,755.
