(Red Oak) A search warrant at a residence in Montgomery County results in two arrests.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 3002 265th Street, Villisca, at 8:00 a.m. on Friday. The search warrant led to 46-year old Michael Leo Pickens and 39-year old Ashley Ann Haynes, both from Villisca.
Pickens is charged with possession of Methamphetamine with intent to deliver. Haynes faces charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, 2nd offense.
Authorities transported Pickens and Haynes to the Montgomery County Jail, where they were held on no bond.
The Montgomery County K-9 and Mills County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office with the arrests.
