(Elliott) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Quintin John Perdue, 37, of Elliott, this afternoon for Violation of the Sex Offender Registry 2nd or Subsequent Offense. He was held in the Montgomery County Jail on $5,000 cash bond.
