(Des Moines) Seven Long term care facilities located in Region 4 are infected with COVID-19.
According to the Iowa Department of Public Health Atlantic Specialty Care in Cass County have 23 positive cases.
The Denison Care Center in Crawford County has 30 positive cases, and Eventide Lutheran Home in Crawford County has 22 additional positive tests.
Three long term care facilities in Harrison County are infected with the virus. Long View Home Inc., 66 positive cases, and seven have recovered. Rose Home 92 positive cases and 26 have recovered, and Dunlap Specialty care has 68 confirmed positive cases and two have recovered to date.
Glen Haven Village in Mills County has 14 confirmed positive cases of COVID-19, and seven have recovered.
Region 4 includes the counties of Crawford, Harrison, Shelby, Audubon, Cass, Pottawattamie, Mills, Montgomery, Adams, Page, and Fremont.
The Panora Specialty Care in Guthrie County, (Region 1) has 14 positive tests.
