Page County Man arrested for Failure to Appear

(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 28-year-old James R. Castillo, of Clarinda.

Castillo was arrested at approximately 1:00 p.m on Monday on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on an original charge of Driving While Barred. Castillo was located by personnel from the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Office and transported to meet with personnel from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

He was taken in custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bond.
