(Area) The Iowa DNR is offering an online learning opportunity for trappers this week.
The free classes will take place on October 20th and 22nd. Bryan Hayes with the Iowa DNR explains, “This is a free, virtual workshop to learn about trapping. It’s part of a series that the Iowa DNR’s been putting on this fall. It part of a national effort to recruit, retain, and reactivate, hunters and trappers.”
Several topics will be covered. “The first part of the course will be on the laws, regulations, and general trapping stuff. The second part gets into strategy and skills for trapping.”
