(Council Bluffs) Two teenagers have been charged in Pottawattamie County after a vehicle was stolen Saturday evening.
A 15 year old female called 911 and told dispatchers she was in a stolen car and needed help. She then hung up and a deputy responded to the 12 mile marker of highway 92. The juvenile is charged with Operating While Intoxicated, Interference with Officials Acts, Reckless Driving, Theft 2nd, Eluding, and Speeding. A 14-year-old male is charged with Interference with Official Acts.
The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports a Domestic Abuse arrest in Avoca. 53-year-old Debbie Rosina Peek was arrested following an incident on Sunday afternoon. Peek is charged with Domestic Abuse Asselt 1st Offense Causing Bodily Injury.
In other activity, 37-year-old Trent Matthew Suhr has been charged with Operating Under the Influence 3rd or Subsequent Offense and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked. Sandra Annette Graham, age 46, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Offense (Marijuana). John Paul Hollinger, 39, turned himself on a warrant for Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness, Burglary 1st Degree, Domestic Abuse Assault (Simple), and Violation of a No Contact Order. Twenty-year-old Quentin Lamere is charged with Possession of a Firearm or Offensive Weapon by a Felon.
Charged with Violation of Probation are 30-year-old Joshua Tyler Herron and 27-year-old Curtis Timothy McCoy.
Operating While Intoxicated charges were issued to the following people: 24-year-old Brennen Joseph Carter, 44-year-old Lorne Michael Edie, 32-year-old Gleen Raymond, 20-year-old Logan Daniel Brown, and 38-year-old Meranda Dexter
