(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 33-year old Stacy Irene Kelly early Friday morning in connection with a stolen vehicle located in the 2400 block of N. Broadway Street.
Officers booked Stacy Kelly into the Montgomery County Jail for 2nd – Degree Theft, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Providing False Identification, and Fugitive from Justice. She is being held on a $5,000 bond.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and the Mills County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Red Oak Police Department with the arrest.
