(Shenandoah) The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested Nicholas Lee Steinhoff, 31, of Shenandoah, on Wednesday on a Page County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of operating a vehicle without owner’s consent. Steinhoff was transported to the Page County Jail where he is being held on $2,000 cash only bond pending further court proceedings.
