(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports two arrests.
Emily Rhea Claussen, 25, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on October 6th. Claussen was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Theft 2nd and improper rear lamp.
Brian Alan Mark, 42, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service on October 14th. Mark was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with assault.
